For once I actually stuck to my new years resolution last year. I decided to do something memorable every month and as you may have seen if you have read my previous posts, I managed to pull off some great activities. (Still writing up my remaining months, bare with!)
This year I am being boring, or at least some may think. But I aim to stick with it....I promise.
Wait for it...
I want to get fit. Yes, the most obvious new years resolution out there but I mean it, I really really do! I want to exercise, get healthy and eat better. Moving into a new flat in a few days I'm waiting until then as realistically I haven't got the time space in my rented room. Clear space, clear mind and all that.
I have been following Kayla Itisness a new fitness inspiration from Australia on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and her blog for some time now and I am determined to stick to her 30 min daily routines.

A 12 week programme of simple, effective workouts to get you strong, healthy and bikni body ready. The success stories look genuine and amazing and with Kayla being incredibly beautiful and lean you army short for inspiration. Her passion oozes out from all her social media pages and the positive feedback from other fans in similar lifestyles to me is quite inspiring and reassuring that this could really work.

Her fitness plan which you download is priced just under £38 with the conversion rate. Her meal plan the same, with the bundle coming in at about £65. Alot cheaper than a gym membership and there is also vegetarian versions available too for those who need it. You only need a few gym instruments - a roller, skipping rope, dun bells and some ball looking thing I am unaware of yet.

I'm tired of being tired. Sitting at a desk all day is getting boring and I want to jump up the stairs without running out of breath. I want to reach my full potential, look toned, feel strong and make better food choices without the aftermath ucky feeling. I am ready to reinvent my unloved, sport afraid body.
If this is how Kayla makes me feel just from her Instagram page, bring. it. on!
Stay tuned for progress, I'll be sure to be documenting my journey.
