12 Memorable Moments: September

It started to get quite hard in month 9 of 2014 to think of some new memorable things that are realistic and within my ever draining budget range.

I have never been a sporty person as I believe I have already stressed. And that anti-sport sorta feeling isn't just in the active sense, even watching it makes me feel a bit nauseous and never captures my attention. Whether it is the Olympics, Wimbledon, World Cup I dunno, it just doesn't really tickle my fancy. But take a lonely girl in a lonely world with a bank balance looking quite thin and throw in a friend with a passion for football and well... there you got me, I'll try anything

I accompanied my best friend to a Football match to watch her favourite team Coventry City. I had nothing to do, we always have a laugh and I thought, hey presto there you got me something new to add to my list for Septembers memorable moment.

I'm not a real girly girl but I still felt out of place surrounded by people waiting for their tickets with their team draped around their neck on scarves or on T Shirts. I was actually disappointed Rach didn't kit me out in some of her kit to get in the vibe but maybe she knew I'd go a little too far in the chanting or something.

It was like I was on a date it was quite amusing. Rach got me a hot dog and a pepsi max and we sat watching the game with her kindly explaining the rules to me. I joined in on mid chants, though looking a bit lost to cheer on our team and I even threw around a few comments like 'WHAT YOU DOING MATE? ' to the little person having a nap whilst the ball is in play. Pft, Idiot.

Ok, I'll be honest, I didn't know what was going on half the time but I still had fun and realised it ain't so bad and with good company its yes, FUN. I got to know something I didn't before and as my reoccurring conclusion to all of my memorable moments, it was cool to try something different instead of the same old thing.

September memorable moment? Tick!
